Candidates should enclose self attested photo copy of the following certificates:

  1. ITI certificate and Mark sheets of all semesters/ years.
  2. Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation/10th Mark sheet)
  3. Other qualification/experience certificates, if any.
  4. Community certificate of those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)
  5. Certificate of EWS issued by competent authority
  6. Police verification certificate issued by concerned Police Authority.
  7. Character/Conduct Certificate from the concerned Institution
  8. Certificate of Physical disablility, if applicable.
  9. ADHAR Card (Compulsory)
  10. Recent Passport size photograph 4 Nos.
