  • Troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets
  • Email configuration
  • Password reset

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should have completed graduation
  • Should have experience of International BPO
  • Customer service approach
  • Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings/24*7
  • Tech Support voice process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Voice Process
